Pan-Seared and Crusted Cod

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the mustard, oil, lemon zest and juice. Mix together the bread crumbs and cheese, then season to taste.
  2. Coat both sides of each fillet with the wet mixture, followed by the dry mix.
  3. Pan fry the fish in butter.
  4. Plate and serve.
